A commerce rebuild that found why carts were abandoned and cut checkout down to three steps.

Overview
Shipping appearing at the very end was the main reason people left, so we moved the moment the total is settled up into the cart.
Options, quantity, and coupons now resolve on one screen, which took checkout from seven steps to three.
