Studio
Coffeebara is a product studio that cares a little too much about making complex things simple. Before we make a screen look good, we find what blocks people and take it out.
We are a small team, but strategy, design, and engineering sit at one table. So most of our time goes into building and fixing rather than passing documents around.
Like the temperature of a good cup of coffee — warm, but precise. Cold brew from start to finish.

Only three. Everything else we decide again on each project.
Start with the why
We ask why it is needed before drawing a screen. If the reason is not clear, we do not build it.
Design for a bad day
We design for the day the network drops, the input is wrong, and there is no time. Clear that bar and the ordinary days are easy.
Make it with the team
Good decisions are not made alone. We treat the client as part of the team and look at the same screen every week.

We start with what to build. Interviews and metrics narrow the hypothesis, and we decide the scope of version one together.
We design flows, not screens. Draw the failures and the edge cases too, and the product holds up.
