Detective Diary Website
The promotional site for Detective Diary, dark and quiet like a study lit by a single lamp. It turns one screen at a time, from the case brief through the investigation to the download.

what it is
Overview
The site shows what kind of game this is before anyone installs it. The direction is a heavy, quiet cinematic mystery: champagne gold used only for fine lines over a warm umber black. No large surface is painted in a flat color — lamp glow, slanted light beams, drifting fog, and film grain are layered to give the dark its texture.
The home page moves one screen at a time. Browser scroll-snap fights trackpad inertia and stutters, so the site takes wheel, keyboard, and touch input itself and carries each move to the next screen along a fixed curve.
Built on Next.js App Router server components, it runs as a light, fast static site on S3 and CloudFront. When API integrations or server rendering are needed, it scales up on the same structure without a rebuild.
Like the app, it supports Korean, English, and Japanese. Per-language URLs and structured data give it a structure built to surface well in search engines.
